According to Teamlyzer, a platform powered by reviews and insights from tech professionals in Portugal, the most searched companies so far this year are Critical Techworks, Blip, and Deloitte. These three have been generating the most buzz among IT workers, who are increasingly turning to Teamlyzer to research salaries, culture, interview experiences, and more.
In the first quarter alone, three new names broke into the top 20: Feedzai, OutSystems, and Capgemini Engineering. But the biggest search spikes came from NTT Data (+58%), Sword Health (+51%), and Deckskill (+47%).
Sector leaders also emerged—Critical Techworks in software, Volkswagen Digital Solutions in IT, Deloitte in consulting, and Bosch in industrial services. Siemens Portugal, Revolut, and CEiiA led in telecoms, finance, and research, respectively.
With transparency in hiring and workplace culture becoming essential, platforms like Teamlyzer are becoming key tools for talent deciding where to go next.
