Concerns have emerged over a possible conflict of interest involving a former Novabase employee now serving in a managerial role at Galp.
According to an anonymous complaint, the individual left Novabase after disciplinary action related to conducting external activities during company hours. Now, as a manager at Galp, she oversees proposal evaluations—including submissions from Neotalent Conclusion, a company with ties to her former employer.
The complaint suggests this overlap raises serious ethical concerns. However, warnings reportedly directed at Neotalent's leadership about the potential conflict appear to have been disregarded.
Neither Galp nor Neotalent has provided a public response to the allegations. The situation highlights the ongoing challenges of ensuring ethical boundaries in professional transitions.
