Senior ERP and Business Applications Support Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics & Triskell

Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 2 days remote per week).

As a Senior ERP and Business Applications Support Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in enterprise resource planning and business applications support.

You will be instrumental in delivering top-tier support for Microsoft Dynamics and Triskell, ensuring system stability and driving continuous improvement in complex environments.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 support for Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Triskell platforms, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents.
• Perform functional and technical analysis of issues, escalating when necessary to vendors or partners.
• Maintain application health through patch management, system updates, and configuration adjustments.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and propose improvements to support processes.
• Manage and support Triskell support and administration after training transfer.
• Collaborate closely with ERP Product and Project Managers to ensure seamless operations.
• Support end users and business stakeholders, providing clear guidance and resolving issues effectively.
• Contribute to documentation, operational procedures, and support optimization initiatives.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in ERP support or administration, particularly with D365 F&O.
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting system issues and providing multi-level application support.
• Experience working with business-critical applications in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge in API/interface implementation and application configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and operational rigor.
• Ability to analyze issues, recommend solutions, and contribute to system improvements.
• Proactive communication skills and capacity to manage stakeholder expectations.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or related technologies.
• Experience working with API or interface integrations.

Language Required for the role:

• Good command of English (C1 level), communicative and clear in stakeholder interactions.
• French is a plus.
