What will your main responsibilities be:

- Support production planning based on internal needs of our clients;

- Contribute to the improvement of planning methods between production sections;

- Daily follow-up of production (deviations from the production plan and adjustment of the production plan);

- Continuous monitoring of stock levels to ensure the availability of necessary materials;

- Assessment of material needs based on production plans;

- Preparation of demand forecasts aligned with production plans;

- Submission of purchase requests to the Purchasing department and diligent follow-up on those requests;

- Implementation of stock management systems to optimize control of material movements and avoid shortages.

Profile and requirements:

- TESP, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Industrial Management Engineering or similar (plus);

- Computer knowledge from a user perspective;

- Language requirements: proven proficiency at level C2 in Portuguese and proven proficiency at level B1 in English;

- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles (plus);

- Knowledge of ERP, Excel, Power BI; Ability to organize, plan and decide;

- Goal-oriented;

- Ease of communication and leadership skills.
