As a Mid-Level ERP Support Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics F&O, you will be working for one of our leading international clients in the business-critical applications industry. You will help maintain, support, and optimize their ERP environment, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement to fuel their digital transformation journey. This role offers a chance to grow your expertise in a dynamic, global environment at the forefront of enterprise technology.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) ERP system.
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
• Perform functional and technical analysis to analyze issues and propose solutions.
• Escalate cases to vendor or partners when necessary, ensuring swift resolution.
• Maintain application configurations, perform system updates, and participate in patch management to keep the ERP environment reliable.
• Contribute to ongoing support process improvements for enhanced service quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis on recurring incidents and recommend functional or technical enhancements.
• Support Triskell platform after training, including basic configuration and user assistance.
• Collaborate closely with ERP product and project managers, as well as business stakeholders, to align IT solutions with operational needs.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 2+ years of experience supporting or administrating ERP environments, specifically D365 F&O.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience resolving complex system incidents.
• Proficiency in ERP application maintenance, patching, and system configuration.
• Experience with APIs or interfaces implementation.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to understand and improve business processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of French (A1-B2).
• Experience with API / interface integrations.
• Certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics or ERP support roles.

Language Required for the role:

• English, C1 level command.
