Your impact

You will help us ensure that E-goi's operational financial information is organized, validated, traceable, and ready to support management.

On a daily basis, you will work on management control issues such as:

• Economic performance analysis
• Results by cost centers
• Manage customer current accounts
• Financial tickets, invoicing, and adjustments
• Validate expenses, commissions
• Make payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Audits
• Process improvements.

And yes: you will talk to external clients, internal teams, and partners. Therefore, enjoying interaction, knowing how to communicate clearly, and being able to explain financial topics in a simple way is essential.

You will know you are successful when, after 180 days:

• Operational financial information is organized, validated, and easy to consult.
• Current accounts, pending items, adjustments, and payments have clear follow-ups and closed cycles.
• Reports help management understand results, deviations, and priorities with more confidence.
• The team recognizes your rigor, autonomy, and ability to simplify processes.

What you need to master

• We are looking for someone with a background in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in financial operations/management control/client financial management.
• Good command of Excel, analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, and critical sense.
• We want someone who enjoys investigating discrepancies, resolving pending items, closing cycles, and transforming financial data into simple and useful information—without losing the ability to build bridges with people.

What adds points

• Experience in SaaS, tech, recurring services, retainer/subscription models, Power BI, dashboards, simple automations, Moloni, PLEO, ERPs, CRMs, or ticketing tools.

Recruitment stages

Challenge Defense with the Manager + Lead or team (<90 min) You will receive the context, and then you will put everything on the table. Here we test your technical approach, how you solve problems, and the fit with the role, the manager, and your potential future team.
