As a Customer Support Technician, you will:

• Respond to customer requests, provide an answer and, depending on the case, offer a solution or escalate it,
• Handle customer requests in accordance with the service contract, regardless of the channel (incoming calls, portal, chat),
• Monitor customer requests, adhering to the instructions provided,
• Daily apply customer support best practices and ensure customer satisfaction through your responses and actions,
• Alert about repetitive calls.

About you

• Your language skills allow you to assist international customers over the phone in French, English, and/or Spanish.
• You have training in IT or skills in this area (Windows environment),
• You have a desire to understand the needs of our customers through both functional and technical responses. Customer support is at the core of your values,
• You are a meticulous person, with good interpersonal and writing skills, as well as good synthesis reasoning,
