Sobre a vaga

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area and will be able to work for a leading global trading platform. You will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities. We are looking for a Tech Lead - .NET to work in a project in Porto (hybrid).

O que vais fazer

• Lead the technical execution of complex .NET projects, ensuring delivery, quality, scalability and cost efficiency
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to developers, including architecture decisions, coding challenges, technical blockers, mentoring and code reviews
• Design robust and scalable end-to-end cloud solutions, aligned with client requirements and modern software engineering practices
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, clients and technical stakeholders to align business requirements, priorities, delivery timelines and SLA commitments
• Identify technical debt and improvement opportunities, while ensuring effective documentation, knowledge sharing, onboarding and continuous improvement across the team

O que é pedido

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, including at least 5 years with .NET, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or technical mentor, with a track record of building and supporting high-performance engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure, microservices architecture, design patterns, Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Gitflow, Infrastructure as Code, configuration management and deployment patterns
• Strong understanding of API security, data privacy and Agile/Scrum methodologies, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
