NOS has formally finalized the procurement of Claranet Portugal, securing 100% proprietorship of the innovation administrations company. At first declared in January for €152 million, the bargain gotten administrative endorsement from the Competition Specialist in Walk.
With this securing, NOS points to reinforce its position as a pioneer in communications and IT administrations in Portugal, extending its ability in key regions such as cloud computing, work environment arrangements, cybersecurity, information, and AI.
Claranet Portugal, dynamic within the advertise since 2005, produced €205 million in income in 2024, with an EBITDA of €15.4 million. The company, which utilizes over 900 professionals, will proceed to function freely, keeping up its brand character, administration, and client base.
