Musketeers Group, the owner of Bricomarché, Intermarché and Roady, doubled his commitment to Portugal with an investment according to the plan of 240 million euros in 2029. Despite the frequent growth rate but often 2.9% in 2024, the group increased a total of 3.076 billion euros. The ventilation of the brand highlights the solid performance: Bricomarché increased by 9.6%, exceeding 201 million euros in revenue. Roady increased by 7.5%, reaching 51 million euros. Intermarché has a growth experience of 3.6%, reaching 1.87 billion euros. Pedro Subtil, Chairman of the Board of Directors, described in 2024 as a "year of investment and conversion", marked by continuous implementation of a long -term strategic plan.
This plan includes the expansion of stores, innovating in the store experience, developing private brands and strongly promoting energy transformation. In the future, the group aims to open 15 stores each year, targeting both new areas such as Faro and Torre in Moncorvo and upgrading existing locations.
Subil emphasized the importance of the participation of local community and the unique power of their management model led by entrepreneurs, allowing owners of independent stores to shape the group's decisions. The group is also optimistic carefully around 2025.
