Global fintech Ebury has finalized its acquisition of Vilnius-based ArcaPay, securing approval from the Bank of Lithuania. The company will now operate as Ebury Partners Lithuania, strengthening its presence in the Baltic region.
Founded in 2011, ArcaPay serves more than 1,000 SMEs with international payments and FX risk management. Its integration into Ebury brings Baltic clients access to a wider suite of global solutions, while giving Ebury an immediate foothold in the market.
“This acquisition represents a major step forward for Ebury in Lithuania and across the Baltic countries,” said Kees Veerman, Managing Director for Europe, UK, Switzerland and Canada. ArcaPay founder Marius Bausys added that customers will “gain access to Ebury’s global solutions while keeping the service they trust.”
