Air Apps has launched “Air Living,” a housing program designed to help employees find affordable homes and improve their overall well-being. The program has two parts: long-term rentals offered at half the usual market price, located close to the Air Hub in Lisbon, and a short-term option that gives employees free temporary housing when they move or visit from elsewhere.
Employees are chosen for the program based on how urgent their relocation needs are, how far they're coming from, or their position in the company.
The apartments are fully furnished and can be used by individuals or families. Air Apps also plans to bring Air Living to other important locations like San Francisco, creating a housing network around the world.
This housing program joins other benefits that Air Apps offers employees, such as medical care, gym access, healthy food options, fun activities, and meals at work.
Filipe Ferreira, the CEO, says that Air Living shows the company’s dedication to being flexible, working together, and looking after employees’ overall health and happiness. This makes Air Apps a better and more meaningful place to work.
