XING shared their updated plan last Friday, revealing a redesigned platform that uses AI to personalize job searches and modernize recruiting methods.
A study by McKinsey, requested by XING, says the job market should bounce back this year. There might be shortages in some job types. Since workers use about 3.4 job sites, companies need to post jobs in many places.
Here's what's new with XING:
- They're separating from kununu, which means XING can be quicker and put more effort into new ideas.
- They now have Smart Search, an AI tool that suggests jobs through conversation, even before the jobs are officially posted.
- Recruiter profiles are improved to help find and reach talent in a more focused way.
The goal is for XING to show the jobs that aren't easily seen, bringing together job seekers and employers and becoming a go-to spot for finding jobs and recruiting.
