NoeXa, the Portuguese center for the European XRXES group, says it keeps its talent and has a human resources plan that works in the competitive tech job market.
Andreia Rodrigues, HR Manager at NoeXa, says this is because of their culture, practices, and leaders who care about their team's growth. The business helps the group with tech, new ideas, shared services, and growing worldwide.
NoeXa’s HR plan focuses on:
- Flexible work – hybrid schedules that focus on results, flexible hours, and a good work-life balance.
- Ongoing growth – tech and soft skills training, guidance, career paths, and chances to work in other countries.
- Pay and perks – health coverage, wellness programs, bonuses, and programs that help new hires get started.
- Diverse culture – The Portuguese teams include three nationalities; the group has 14, encouraging new ideas and plans to include CERCI employees.
- Teamwork – flexible teams, clear communication, and events to build company values and togetherness.
NoeXa wants to have 50 employees by 2026, grow in Spain and Portugal, and move into Latin America by 2028. It also plans to put 12% of its yearly income into R&D to push new ideas and build valuable tech.
