ISS A/S, a global leader in workplace experience and facilities management, announced updates to its Executive Management Team as part of the implementation of the OneISS strategy launched in 2020. The changes align with ISS's goal of optimizing operations and promoting profitable growth.
The team will be reduced from eight to five members, with several leadership transitions:
Carl-Fredrik Bjor: Appointed Chief Commercial and Revenue Officer, focusing on the global and local commercial agenda.
Liz Benison: Now Chief People and Technology Officer, improving technology infrastructure and people-centric strategies.
Troels Bjerg: Appointed Group Chief Operations Officer, overseeing all operations in the countries.
Agostino Renna, Markus Sontheimer, and Celia Liu will leave ISS after a transition period. Meanwhile, Mads Holm will continue as Group Chief Financial Officer, with no changes to his position.
The regional external reporting structure remains unchanged, and the financial forecasts for 2024 have been revised.
Kasper Fangel, Group CEO, commented:
"The organizational changes aim to enhance execution and support profitable growth. I am confident that this step will be crucial in unlocking the full potential of ISS.
