ISS A/S, a global leader in workplace experience and facility management, has announced updates to its Executive Group Management Team as part of the ongoing implementation of the OneISS strategy, launched in 2020. The changes align with ISS’s goal to streamline operations and drive profitable growth.
The team will be reduced from eight to five members, with several leadership transitions:
Carl-Fredrik Bjor: Appointed as Chief Commercial & Revenue Officer, focusing on the global and local commercial agenda.
Liz Benison: Now Chief People & Technology Officer, enhancing technology infrastructure and people-centric strategies.
Troels Bjerg: Named Group Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all country operations.
Agostino Renna, Markus Sontheimer, and Celia Liu will leave ISS following a transition period. Meanwhile, Mads Holm will continue as Group Chief Financial Officer, with no changes to his role.
The external regional reporting structure remains unchanged, and the 2024 financial outlook is re-initiated.
Kasper Fangel, Group CEO, commented:
“The organizational changes are designed to improve execution and support profitable growth. I am confident this step will unlock ISS’s full potential. I thank Agostino Renna, Markus Sontheimer, and Celia Liu for their significant contributions and wish them the best in their future endeavors.”
