DIGI has opened its first physical store in Porto, showing its dedication to growing its presence in Portugal. The store is located on Rua Fernandes Tomás in the Bonfim area and comes after the successful opening of DIGI's first shop in Amadora, which received a lot of positive feedback from customers.
By expanding to the north, DIGI wants to increase its visibility and enhance customer service through direct, in-person interactions.
The store gives local residents a convenient place to learn about services, get help, and easily switch phone companies. It’s open from Monday to Saturday, between 9 a. m. and 7 p. m. , and is part of DIGI’s plan to build more retail locations and connect better with users across the country.
