Portuguese IT company CompuWorks has launched an ambitious incentive system that allows employees to earn up to 17 annual salaries. Designed to enhance motivation and foster collaboration, the system aligns individual and team goals with the company’s growth strategy.
The incentive model combines personal performance bonuses with collective rewards tied to company-wide success. Sales representatives are compensated for business volume, while technical staff earn rewards based on service efficiency and organization.
The collective incentive is directly linked to company growth. Employees receive bonuses equal to 50% of their gross salary for a 10% revenue increase, 75% for a 15% rise, and a full extra salary for growth exceeding 20%.
Ricardo Teixeira, CompuWorks CEO and founder, emphasized the strategic intent: “We created a system grounded in clear objectives to ensure everyone stays focused and motivated from the start.”
This innovative approach strengthens employee engagement and teamwork, positioning CompuWorks to thrive in a competitive market while rewarding its team for shared success.
