Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic CyberSecurity initiatives and actions within highly critical corporate environments;
• Manage information security demands alongside technical teams, business areas, and executive stakeholders;
• Identify, mitigate, and monitor security risks across on-premises and cloud environments;
• Coordinate incident response processes, vulnerability analysis, and remediation plans;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and security best practices within the financial sector;
• Support initiatives related to governance, compliance, access management, data protection, and business continuity;
• Work closely with infrastructure, networking, cloud, and development teams to strengthen the organization’s security posture;
• Monitor audits, executive reports, and security KPIs;
• Act as a technical reference and support the continuous evolution of CyberSecurity processes.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in CyberSecurity, preferably within banking, financial, or highly regulated environments;
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, incident response, and security frameworks;
• Experience with security tools, SIEM, firewalls, access management, and endpoint protection;
• Knowledge of cloud environments and secure architecture principles;
• Familiarity with standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, LGPD/GDPR, and compliance policies;
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and executive teams;
• English is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in the banking or financial sector;
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, or similar;
• Experience with modernization projects, cloud security, and risk management;
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and security practices applied to agile environments.
