Objectives:

The Transformation Lead acts as the central orchestrator between VWFS Markets, HQ, IT, and External Partners, ensuring that innovation ideas are converted into adopted, valued-driven transformations. The role is critical to:

  • Drive cross‑market productivity and efficiency improvements
  • Overcome organizational resistance through strong communication and change management
  • Translate innovation proposals into realized business value
  • Ensure alignment with VWFS strategy, market priorities, and governance standards

Success in this role depends less on pure innovation and more on stakeholder management, communication, governance, and delivery control.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Consolidates innovation ideas from External Partners and VWFS Markets into structured, country level transformation roadmaps
  • Designs and steers annual and multi-year transformation plans, aligned with market priorities and strategic initiatives
  • Leads change management and communication across executive, management, and operational levels
  • Governs transformation delivery with clear priorities, timelines, and escalation paths
  • Ensures execution discipline across transformation initiatives by tracking key actions, milestones, and dependencies, maintaining structured documentation, and following up with stakeholders to ensure commitments are delivered.
  • Prepares and supports Transformation SteerCos and strategic governance forums
  • Drives adoption of automation and AI solutions (RPA, Power Platform, AI, OCR, language neutralization)
  • Tracks KPIs, productivity gains, and realized benefits, ensuring transparency and value realization
  • Acts as a neutral facilitator to resolve conflicts and align stakeholders across organizations

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:

  • Strong experience in transformation, change management, and cross market programs and projects
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of opening doors and driving decisions
  • Experience working with outsourcing / transformation partners (e.g. BPO, shared services, consulting)
  • Solid understanding of process transformation and operational excellence (Lean / Six Sigma mindset)
  • Hands on experience in automation and digital transformation initiatives
  • Comfortable working in international, remote, and matrix environments
  • Fluent English; additional languages considered an advantage
