What do you need to be part of the SMART team?

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or similar;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Functional Support;
  • Good knowledge of SQL;
  • Interest in learning and developing knowledge in the area of KYC (Know Your Customer);
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher), spoken and written;
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
  • Ability to meet commitments and manage priorities independently.

What will your functions be at SMART?

  • Manage and respond to functional support requests (N1 and N2);
  • Analyze, diagnose and follow up on incidents, ensuring their proper documentation and escalation when necessary;
  • Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with the Business Analysts team in executing functional tests, ensuring compliance with business requirements;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes by identifying recurring problems and proposing preventive solutions;
  • Keep technical documentation and the knowledge base always up to date;
  • Classify and monitor support requests, ensuring their handling within defined SLAs.

  • Mid Position: €21,000 to €35,000 gross/year (14 months) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits
