We are looking for a Helpdesk to join a project in Oeiras, in a presencial model.
- Minimum schooling at the 12th grade level
- Minimum professional experience of 1 year in IT support functions
- Experience with ITSM Ticketing tools
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and mobile systems iOS and Android
- Experience in using and supporting Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge in configuration and maintenance of printers and peripherals
- Basics of TCP/IP networks and Microsoft environments, including wireless networks, IP phones, and integration of equipment into a domain/network
- Knowledge and application of ITIL methodology best practices
Tasks:
- Provide level I technical support, both in-person and remotely, to users
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve incidents, software, and information technology
- Install, configure, and support Microsoft Windows operating systems and mobile devices with iOS and Android
- Ensure the use, configuration, and support for Microsoft Office tools
- Configure, maintain, and provide support for printers and peripherals
- Support the management and resolution of network-related issues, namely TCP/IP, Microsoft environments, wireless networks, and integration of equipment into a domain/network
- Configure and provide support for IP phones, ensuring their correct integration into the existing infrastructure
- Register, monitor, and resolve requests and incidents according to ITIL methodology best practices, ensuring compliance with defined service levels
