Talent Acquisition and Procurement Manager

With over 20 years of experience in ICT and operations in Portugal, the Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland, we also support international organizations in creating technology and R&D centers near Portugal.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition and Procurement Manager to join our headquarters in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology professionals.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to support business growth in Portugal and European markets.
• Build and manage relationships with recruitment partners and external vendors.
• Support client resource acquisition needs by working directly with large multinational organizations.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives and contribute to the growth of our engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to support the strategic expansion of the company.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources, preferably in the IT sector.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
• Good command of English.
