We are looking for an L1 Support!

Location: Palmela

Level of Experience: Mid

Salary Package & Benefits: €920 to €1,500 (base salary) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits

  • Provide first-line (L1/N1) technical support to end users and customers.
  • Receive, log, categorize, and manage incidents and service requests.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and resolve incidents following established procedures.
  • Execute SQL queries to validate, investigate, and retrieve data.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2 (L2) support teams when required.
  • Monitor systems and applications, identifying and reporting anomalies.
  • Ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and response times.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
  • Communicate effectively with users and technical teams in both Portuguese and English.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity and operational excellence.
  • Provide operational support in a shift-based environment.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Willingness to work in a shift-based environment (24/7 rotation, if applicable).
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation are required due to the work location and shift schedule.
