In order to continue to ensure and evolve the services we provide to our customers, we are recruiting a Project Manager for the CRM Churn and Retention area in the Marketing Department
What we expect from you
- Design and manage Marketing Projects applied to the Consumer and SME segment
- Coordination of Multi-Disciplinary Initiatives;
- Coordinate Growth and Business Exploration Workstreams in Churn and Customer Retention/Loyalty vectors;
- Analyze data and interpret business challenges to formulate strategic recommendations for Growth and Business Optimization actions;
- Coordinate Initiatives Aimed at Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Vectors.
Who we are looking for
- Higher education in Management, Economics, or similar;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles or consulting;
- High analytical focus, strong skills in structuring problems into logical blocks and in raising initial hypotheses;
- Project Management experience in a multi-disciplinary context;
- Very good communication skills;
- High level of proactivity and entrepreneurship;
- A knack for constructive and disruptive thinking in a project environment;
- Ability to work in a team in a business environment, cooperating in multi-disciplinary teams;
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with the different stakeholders in the project.
