Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Maximize the value of Loyalty and Customer Data Platforms by translating business needs into technical solutions within the ecosystem;
  • Define, maintain, and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring strong product orientation and business value creation;
  • Identify existing capabilities and functionalities within SaaS platforms, proposing structural improvements and alternative solutions;
  • Coordinate and challenge business requirements in cross-functional environments, focusing on application integration and data workflows.

Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science or similar;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, managing product lifecycles and backlogs;
  • Strong expertise in Loyalty solutions, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and SaaS platforms capabilities;
  • Solid background in application integration contexts, with fluent English skills (written and spoken);
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to challenge business requests and propose value-driven alternatives;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional and technical teams.
