Junior Observability Engineer
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Profile:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of observability and monitoring solutions.
- Create and update dashboards, alerts, and basic reports.
- Use monitoring tools such as Dynatrace (preferred), Datadog, Grafana, or PRTG.
- Help the team resolve monitoring issues in production.
- Assist in documenting configurations and observability best practices.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to support observability in CI/CD pipelines.
- Learn and apply observability best practices and tools.
Technical Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) (preferred).
- Entry-level experience (internship, apprentice, or up to 1-2 years) in monitoring, observability, DevOps, or IT operations.
- Basic understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, monitoring, alerts).
- Familiarity with at least one monitoring/observability tool (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, PRTG, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure.
- Interest in software development and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Understanding of development tools.
