Junior Observability Engineer

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Profile:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of observability and monitoring solutions.
  • Create and update dashboards, alerts, and basic reports.
  • Use monitoring tools such as Dynatrace (preferred), Datadog, Grafana, or PRTG.
  • Help the team resolve monitoring issues in production.
  • Assist in documenting configurations and observability best practices.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to support observability in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Learn and apply observability best practices and tools.

Technical Skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) (preferred).
  • Entry-level experience (internship, apprentice, or up to 1-2 years) in monitoring, observability, DevOps, or IT operations.
  • Basic understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, monitoring, alerts).
  • Familiarity with at least one monitoring/observability tool (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, PRTG, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure.
  • Interest in software development and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Understanding of development tools.
