Description

Noesis is looking for a professional with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Service Desk team.
  • Ensure the correct prioritization and escalation of issues.
  • Ensure compliance with defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
  • Ensure the quality of service and user satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Service Desk and other IT teams.
  • Support the management of critical incidents.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Ensure the updating of the knowledge base.
  • Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and individual development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT and security policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in coordinating technical support/Service Desk teams.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in telephone support and end-user support.
  • Experience in ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
  • Experience in metric analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in microcomputer support.
  • General knowledge of IT infrastructure (Windows, networks, Microsoft 365, AD, VPN, etc.).
  • Good communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL (preferably ITIL certification).

Location: Lisbon, on-site work regime.
