Noesis is looking for the following profile:

- Gathering and analysis of requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping;

- Analysis and redesign of business processes with identification and correction of inefficiencies;

- Transforming business requirements into functional specifications, User Stories, and acceptance criteria;

- Actively collaborating with developers, designers, and others to ensure proper alignment between business needs and technical solutions;

- Validating developments through UAT, ensuring that the defined requirements have been met;

- Training and support for the end user.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Management, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;

- Minimum of 3 years experience in gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements and processes;

- Proven experience in projects based on Agile methodologies;

- Good communication and relationship skills;

- Comfortable and confident in decision-making and negotiation within project scope;

- High sense of responsibility and rigor in task execution;

- Excellent analytical capacity and critical spirit;

- Proficiency in English.

Location: Hybrid work regime in Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra, Guarda, or Castelo Branco.
