Our client is undergoing a major digital transformation and growth program, with Human Resources playing a central role. As part of this journey, a global HRIS landscape is being implemented across all countries and employees.
The HRIS Core HR Functional Lead will play a key role in designing, implementing, and governing Core HR processes and data structures within the global HRIS ecosystem, ensuring consistency, scalability, and data integrity across the organization.
Mission
Reporting to the HR Program Director, this role is responsible for leading the Core HR (Employee Central) functional stream, ensuring alignment with the global HRIS model, and delivering robust, compliant, and scalable HR data and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and manage the CoreHR / Employee Central data model and configuration, ensuring alignment with the global project roadmap (build & run phases)
- Design and manage Core HR processes (hire, move, promote, terminate) and ensure their consistency across the organization
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the contract generation tool
- Ensure coordination between full Employee Central data model and EC Lite/historical design, managing evolutions and hybrid model alignment
- Design and monitor KPIs and dashboards for Core HR performance
- Identify risks, anticipate roadblocks, and proactively drive resolution
- Lead testing and validation campaigns for data and processes
- Develop and/or validate training and communication materials to support user adoption
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for: Business stakeholders (BPOs and local SMEs), Technical integrator teams, L3 incidents related to Core HR / Employee Central processes

Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in HRIS Core HR or global HRIS projects
- Strong experience in HRIS implementation projects (build and/or run), either in consulting or in-house
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or similar
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is required
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
