Our client is undergoing a major digital transformation and growth program, with Human Resources playing a central role. As part of this journey, a global HRIS landscape is being implemented across all countries and employees.
The HRIS Case Management Functional Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Case Management processes within the global HRIS ecosystem, ensuring efficient and high-quality HR support operations.
Mission
Reporting to the HR Program Director, this role is responsible for leading the Case Management functional stream, ensuring alignment with the global HRIS model, and delivering efficient, scalable, and service-oriented solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and manage the Case Management Core Model, ensuring alignment with the global project roadmap (build & run phases)
- Design and monitor KPIs and dashboards related to Case Management performance
- Identify risks, anticipate roadblocks, and proactively drive resolution
- Lead testing and validation campaigns for data and processes
- Collaborate with technical teams to define Case Management architecture and process flows
- Support Change/Business Readiness initiatives, including training and communication materials
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Business stakeholders (BPOs and local SMEs), Technical integrator teams, and L3 incidents related to time-related processes
- Contribute to the HRIS support model, including incident management and reporting
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis on global and local best practices
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HRIS projects, ideally in Payroll and/or Core HR in a global environment
- Experience in HRIS implementation projects (build and/or run), either in consulting or in-house
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or similar
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Previous operational HR experience (e.g., Talent & Performance) is a plus
