💡 About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Expert in Application Support to join a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and supporting critical business applications. This role combines technical troubleshooting, automation, and close interaction with business stakeholders, ensuring high availability and performance of key systems.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support for business-critical platforms (eFrame & Aggregator)
• Handle support requests, incidents, and information inquiries
• Ensure incident resolution within SLA, including production issues
• Troubleshoot infrastructure-related problems in collaboration with network and IT teams
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders during major incidents
• Automate deployment and configuration processes for improved efficiency
• Manage application installations and parametrization across UAT, Preproduction, and Production environments
• Support business needs and analyze new requirements
• Perform impact analysis for change requests and coordinate implementations
• Contribute to infrastructure activities (DR tests, backup/restore, certificate renewals)
• Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes
• Ensure compliance with security, controls, and data privacy standards
• Participate in capacity planning and FinOps optimization initiatives
• Provide occasional support during critical periods (including limited weekend coverage)

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in application support or similar roles
• Strong experience with Java and/or C# development
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (especially Azure)
• Experience with Shell Scripting
• Familiarity with SQL Server and/or MongoDB
• Understanding of security best practices in development and deployment
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (nice to have)
• Experience in software configuration and installation (eFrame/CleverSoft is a plus)
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
