Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 2 remote days per week).

As a Senior Technical Team Lead, you will be working for our client, a key player in the banking and fintech industry. You will drive operational excellence, foster team well-being, and facilitate agile delivery to enable cutting-edge banking solutions. Your main responsibilities:

• Relay information efficiently from management to the team, ensuring alignment and clarity.
• Facilitate daily team organization, propose process improvements, and encourage best practices.
• Lead retrospectives and support continuous team development.
• Escalate blockers, conflicts, and provide performance feedback constructively.
• Promote team cohesion and well-being, maintaining a healthy, motivated environment.
• Assist with future recruitment efforts, including CV screening and interviews.
• Validate user stories, prepare meeting minutes, and track KPIs to ensure project progress.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in operational or technical team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (intermediate level).
• Advanced skills in functional design and testing.
• Good understanding of web and mobile architecture (intermediate).
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Postman, and Klaxoon.
• Knowledge of banking domain (a plus).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or similar frameworks.

Language Required for the role:

• Communicative command of English and French.
