Senior QA Automation Engineer – Playwright, Robot Framework, Git

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking leader in software quality and testing. You will play a crucial role in building robust, scalable automation frameworks to ensure top-tier product quality and delivery excellence. Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Playwright, Robot Framework, and Git to streamline testing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation strategies and ensure continuous integration.
  • Execute automated tests, analyze results, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Contribute to the improvement of testing frameworks, advocating best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.
  • Document test cases, procedures, and results to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Stay current with industry trends and new testing tools to recommend improvements.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in QA automation or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Playwright, Robot Framework, and Git.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to work well in a hybrid work environment.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

  • Certifications in QA or automation tools.
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages or testing frameworks.

Language Required for the role:

  • Communicative level in English and French
