As a Mid-Level IT Support Analyst – SQL, Oracle, Angular, you will be working for our client within the FCA/SSF department, responsible for the operation and corrective maintenance of critical finance, accounting, and purchasing information systems. Join a team dedicated to ensuring platform stability, security, and continual enhancement—transforming operational challenges into opportunities for innovation and growth.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Receive, process, and update tickets related to incidents and business assistance requests in Jira, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Provide first-level support in incident management, escalating issues as necessary to maintain system integrity.
  • Participate in daily meetings, contributing to operational planning and knowledge sharing.
  • Update application documentation related to corrective maintenance, support activities, and operational activities.
  • Handle obsolescence issues by coordinating with production teams on scheduling, infrastructure, and deployment processes.
  • Assist and lead meetings with business stakeholders, project teams, and production staff to facilitate communication and issue resolution.
  • Support ongoing activities related to security vulnerabilities and technical obsolescence to ensure optimal system performance.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support or run operations within finance or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server), Angular, Spring Boot, and basic Talend.
  • Experience with Kibana / Elasticsearch.
  • Rigor, precision, autonomy, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience with infrastructure management and deployment in staging (UAT) and production environments.
  • Familiarity with incident management tools and cross-functional activities.

Language Required for the role:

  • English: communicative proficiency (spoken and written)
  • French: B2+ level (spoken and written)
