As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you'll join our client — a leading multinational financial services group (Asset & Wealth Management, Corporate & Investment Banking, Insurance and Payments) — working within the Porto team in close liaison with the French team to optimise and transform IT service processes on ServiceNow.
Your main responsibilities:
- Challenge user requests to prioritise standard, out-of-the-box features and limit technical debt
- Pilot needs-collection workshops across departments (IT, HR, Facilities…) to map their processes
- Write detailed user stories and define precise acceptance criteria to secure developments
- Coordinate the UAT phases and validate the compliance of deliverables before each production release
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 3+ years' experience as a Functional / Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (or a comparable ITSM platform)
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience documenting functional requirements, process flows and use cases
- Experience with requirement gathering and process mapping
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certification in ITIL or Business Analysis relevant certifications.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent in French and English.
