Mid-Level CRM/CLM Application Support Engineer
Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model.
As a Mid-Level CRM/CLM Application Support Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial services industry. You will help ensure operational stability and continuous improvement of the CRM/CLM systems that drive critical business processes across an international environment, fostering innovation and resilience.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 production support for CRM/CLM applications and related components.
- Perform daily operational checks, monitor processes, and follow up on data and business workflows.
- Analyze and resolve incidents impacting WDX services, coordinating escalation when necessary.
- Execute deployments, configuration updates, and release activities in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and contribute to problem management.
- Maintain and improve operational documentation, such as runbooks and SOPs, and propose enhancements to monitoring and operational procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Business teams, Project teams, and other support units to ensure smooth daily operations, service stability, and continuous improvements.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in application or production support roles.
- Solid experience in application support / RUN / MCO in a critical production environment.
- Good understanding of CRM/CLM workflows, processes, and business logic.
- Programming skills in .NET/C# with MS SQL Server; knowledge of Dynamics365 is a plus.
- Experience with web applications, APIs, relational databases, and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Shell, Python is a plus).
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Knowledge of WDX administration or configuration.
- Experience working in international teams.
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, or SolarWinds.
Language Required for the role:
- Excellent command of English (Communicative level)
