ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join a hybrid delivery opportunity starting in October 2026, supporting Guidewire PolicyCenter delivery in cloud environments for the financial services insurance sector.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support effective Agile delivery across the team.
- Help remove delivery impediments and promote continuous improvement.
- Support planning, backlog alignment, sprint execution and delivery visibility.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, testers and stakeholders to keep delivery focused and transparent.
- Promote collaboration, accountability and clear communication across the team.
- Support the adoption of Agile practices adapted to the project and organisational context.
- Help ensure delivery practices are aligned with quality, security and compliance expectations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Five to ten years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead or similar role.
- Experience supporting technology delivery in complex environments.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including developers, business analysts and testers.
- Familiarity with insurance, financial services or enterprise platform delivery contexts.
- Ability to create clarity, manage dependencies and support delivery flow.
- Collaborative, transparent and solution-oriented mindset.
- Professional working proficiency in English.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY
Base salary range: EUR 18 000 - EUR 32 000 gross/year
Total compensation: up to EUR 39 000/year
The salary range may be adjusted based on the candidate's experience and overall fit
The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
