ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support complex technology initiatives in the telecommunications sector, with a strong focus on IT, information security and data center environments. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Lisbon, with regular office presence expected.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage technology projects across telecommunications, IT, information security and data center contexts.
  • Plan, monitor and control project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks and delivery progress.
  • Coordinate technical and business stakeholders to ensure clear alignment, structured communication and effective execution.
  • Apply project management practices aligned with PMP principles and delivery governance.
  • Support the identification, analysis and mitigation of risks related to security, infrastructure and operational continuity.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Senior experience as a Project Manager in technology-driven environments.
  • Mandatory PMP certification.
  • Experience or solid knowledge of telecommunications contexts.
  • Strong understanding of IT, information security and data center environments.
  • Responsible, collaborative and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage complex delivery contexts.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Project management methodologies and PMP-based delivery practices.
  • Telecommunications environments.
  • IT infrastructure and systems delivery.
  • Information security and cybersecurity practices.
  • Data center concepts and operational environments.
  • Risk, scope, dependency and stakeholder management.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

Base salary range: EUR 18 000 - EUR 35 000 gross/year Total compensation: up to EUR 45 000/year The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
