ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Mid Project Manager to support infrastructure and technology solution initiatives in the telecommunications sector, with exposure to hospitality-related delivery contexts. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Lisbon, with regular office presence expected.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage technology and infrastructure projects within telecommunications environments.
  • Coordinate delivery activities involving networking, Wi-Fi, IPTV and access management components.
  • Support planning, monitoring and reporting of scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery progress.
  • Work with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, clear communication and effective execution.
  • Contribute to the delivery of technology solutions designed for hospitality environments.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in project management within telecommunications contexts.
  • Experience or contact with technology projects for the hospitality sector.
  • Ability to manage infrastructure-oriented initiatives with autonomy and structured follow-up.
  • Collaborative, responsible and solution-oriented approach.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders.

  • Project management methodologies and delivery practices.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

Base salary range: EUR 16 000 - EUR 28 000 gross/year

Total compensation: up to EUR 33 000/year

The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
