We are looking for a Mid Application Support and Integration Engineer to join a hybrid team supporting business-critical applications in the retail sector. This role focuses on application stability, integration reliability, incident resolution and continuous optimization of operational processes, with regular on-site collaboration in Maia.
O que vais fazer
- Support and evolve business applications, ensuring stable service delivery and reliable integration across systems
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes and contribute to sustainable fixes aligned with agreed service levels
- Monitor application behavior, investigate logs and troubleshoot production issues across application and database layers
- Improve functional and technical documentation, including support procedures, workflows and knowledge transfer materials
- Contribute to the setup and continuous improvement of support models for implemented systems and processes
- Identify opportunities to simplify daily operations, reduce recurrence and improve service efficiency
O que é pedido
- Academic background in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
- Previous experience in application support, systems integration or software development roles
- Experience working in production environments with incident management, root cause analysis and problem resolution
- Solid analytical thinking, structured troubleshooting approach and attention to operational quality
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with technical and business stakeholders
- Availability to work in a hybrid model with presence in Maia twice per week
