ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Senior Application Service Manager to support application service management, vendor governance and contract performance in the technology services context. This role focuses on service quality, budget control, vendor performance, issue management, reporting and contract optimization across complex application environments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage the application service lifecycle, ensuring service quality, continuity and alignment with business needs.
- Design, create and maintain vendor reporting tools and dashboards to monitor performance and spend.
- Prepare and coordinate vendor committees, focusing on performance, cost control and action follow-up.
- Perform root-cause analysis on vendor performance issues and support corrective action planning.
- Manage contract governance and vendor relationships to achieve outcomes aligned with corporate goals.
- Provide contract guidance to stakeholders to support contract optimization and value extraction.
- Coordinate interactions with business partners, platform teams, procurement, legal and compliance stakeholders.
- Manage invoicing and payment processes, including purchase orders, penalties when applicable and supporting tool configuration.
- Identify and implement improvements and automation opportunities in contract and service management processes.
- Support budget management, relationship management and problem management activities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Up to 10 years of professional experience in application service management or related service delivery roles.
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or a related field, preferably.
- Experience managing application services, vendors, budgets and stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to analyze service performance, identify root causes and drive problem resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in collaborative and productive environments.
- Critical analysis, problem-solving ability and commitment to delivery quality.
- Responsible, organized and improvement-oriented approach to service governance.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY
Base salary range: EUR 20 000 - EUR 40 000 gross/year
Total compensation: up to EUR 55 000/year
The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
