ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Junior Access Manager to support access management, user authorization and data protection activities in the technology services context. This role focuses on access approval, deactivation, licensing control and operational support across IAM, SAP, ITSM, operating systems and cloud-related environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Review and support approval processes for user access allocation.
• Support access deactivation activities according to security and operational requirements.
• Help ensure data security through controlled and documented access management practices.
• Monitor the existence of required licensing for users and support related reporting activities.
• Work with access management applications, including IAM and SAP-related environments.
• Prepare reports and support ITSM processes using ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to support secure and consistent access operations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Up to 2 years of professional experience in access management, IAM, IT operations or related roles.
• Degree or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, preferably.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work effectively in collaborative environments.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Responsible, organized and quality-oriented approach to operational delivery.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• IAM and access management applications.
• SAP access management concepts.
• Windows and Linux operating systems.
• VMware or other hypervisor systems.
• Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud concepts.
• ITSM practices and ServiceNow.
• Project management basics and report preparation.
• User access approval, deactivation and licensing control.

NICE TO HAVE

• Professional working proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish.
• Experience in structured IT service environments.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

Base salary range: EUR 16 000 - EUR 23 000 gross/year

Total compensation: up to EUR 30 000/year

The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
