Senior Program Manager, Chief of Staff Office

The Feedzai Operations team is responsible for ensuring the company's overall efficiency by transforming business processes, tools, data, and insights while ensuring great daily work experiences for all teams and departments.

You: We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to act as the main operational lead for the Chief of Staff Office.

To succeed, you must be a proactive "operator" with excellent communication skills, able to identify gaps in processes and incorporate a culture of continuous improvement into our resilience structures and people.

Your day-to-day:

  • Manage Operations Cycle and People Program: Be responsible for end-to-end management of operational meetings and team outputs.
  • Build Business Continuity and Resilience: Act as the main lead for the Business Continuity Program (BCP).
  • Conduct Analysis and Support Executive Visibility: Perform synthesis and analysis of data in a practical way.
  • Execute Special Projects: Lead high-priority ad-hoc projects.
  • Support the Evolution of the Extended Leadership Team (ELT): Serve as the execution partner for the Chief of Staff.
  • Promote Process Efficiency and AI Integration: Identify opportunities to implement more efficient processes.

You have and know how to:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Management Consulting or in a Chief of Staff office role in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related technical specialty.
  • Solid experience in data synthesis and hands-on research.
  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on process design and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (mandatory).
