Operational Resilience & Crisis Officer

Join us as an Operational Resilience & Crisis Officer within the Risk & Compliance department.

The team is dedicated to preserving the company's value, assets and reputation by identifying and assessing risks, implementing mitigation actions, raising awareness, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

You Will Primarily Be Responsible For

• Supporting the implementation of the Euronext Group Resilience Framework.
• Collaborating with BCM Managers across all Euronext entities.
• Conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) campaigns.
• Designing and facilitating crisis management exercises.
• Delivering awareness sessions and training programmes.
• Assisting teams in defining test parameters.
• Contributing to the management and coordination of crisis responses.
• Developing KPIs and conducting resilience maturity assessments.

Your profile

• Higher education in risk management, crisis management, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a related role.
• Entry-level knowledge of IT systems and cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 22301 and ISO 27001.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in cross-functional contexts.
• Proficiency with BCM tools and data analysis.
