Your mission:
- Design, coordinate, and execute co-marketing programs with Partners (digital campaigns, events, webinars, promotional materials).
- Manage the co-marketing and merchandising budget, approve funds, and monitor usage and ROI.
- Organize and follow strategic alignment events with Top Partners.
- Manage the internal communication website with Partners, as well as the content shared with them.
- Find formats to ensure Partners access marketing materials that help them generate leads.
- Work with sales and internal marketing teams to set objectives, align campaigns, and track generated pipeline.
- Measure, analyze, and report KPIs (pipeline, MQLs generated by partners, conversion rate, ROI of initiatives).
- Support onboarding and ongoing training for Partners (webinars, workshops, certifications, content).
- Identify strategic market opportunities and propose new initiatives and partnership models.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or similar area.
- 5+ years of experience, valuing experience in channel/partner marketing, ideally in a B2B or technology context.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills; experience working with sales teams.
- Knowledge of different types of marketing actions (digital, events, advertising, etc.).
- Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Analytical capacity to measure performance and optimize initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, website, automation, CRM valued.
- Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of English.
