About the role
The mission of the Scrum Master of the IT Tribe is to lead the successful implementation of Agile methodologies within the project, effectively ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external suppliers.
Your main activities include
- Facilitate the smooth execution of the outsourcing contract, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Serve as the Scrum Master, guiding and training the project team on Agile principles and practices to promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Promote the adoption and compliance of Agile methodologies, encouraging transparency, accountability, and interdisciplinary collaboration within the project.
- Act as a link between the project team and external suppliers, managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely delivery of contracted services.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and proactively addressing any issues or bottlenecks that may impact project deadlines or quality.
- Collaborate with the project management office and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and a sense of shared ownership among team members.
- Continuously assess and improve the outsourcing contract management process, identifying optimization opportunities and efficiency gains.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in Agile methodologies, incorporating relevant knowledge and insights into project execution.
- Provide regular reports and updates to project stakeholders, highlighting progress, achievements, and any potential risks or deviations from the agreed scope.
Profile and skills for success
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Management or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or similar.
- Advanced level of English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge in:
- Software development methodologies and frameworks, particularly Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
- Principles of outsourcing and supplier management, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
- Project management, contract management, or outsourcing management would be advantageous.
- Professional certifications related to Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), demonstrating a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Ability to manage a project.

- Organizational skills.
