What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar ServiceNow CMDB System Administrator role;
- Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB configuration, administration, and usage, with hands-on development and deployment experience;
- Strong knowledge of CMDB modules, including managing CMDB health, reviewing configurations, and preparing for ITSM implementation;
- Proficiency in troubleshooting system issues, investigating, and proposing solutions and workarounds;
- Experience with Javascript, HTML, XML, and Web services (REST, API, SOAP);
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and workflows is a strong plus;
- Knowledge of ServiceNow delivery and ITIL best practices;
- Certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, CMDB Fundamentals, CIS - Discovery, CIS - Service;
- Mapping, and ITIL Foundation are highly desirable;
- Ability to improve business processes, propose automation, and manage technical documentation;
- Experience coordinating upgrades, managing permissions, and maintaining instance performance;
- Skilled in deploying update sets, setting up notifications, alerts and reports;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with good communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Mandatory proficiency in English.
