Power Platform Developer (Medior)

As a Medior Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining robust and scalable solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. You're expected to combine hands-on technical knowledge with a collaborative mindset and a pragmatic, problem-solving approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and iterate on solutions using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Platform, from analysis and design through implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following software engineering best practices.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI and Word templates.
• Ensure software stability and reliability by identifying and resolving bugs, performance bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
• Write clear and comprehensive documentation for developed software.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across teams and locations (Netherlands, Germany, Bulgaria, and Portugal).
• Recommend improvements in software and stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Apply strong organizational skills to manage tasks and priorities independently.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Platform, including customizations, process development, and Power Automate cloud flows.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and Word templates.
• Comfortable with unit testing and writing testable code.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work autonomously, managing priorities from a structured task board with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative and open to feedback, comfortable working across flat, cross-functional teams, and genuinely curious about new tools and technologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Background in traditional .NET or Java development, comfortable working within the Microsoft ecosystem.
