Salesforce Project Product Manager

Location: Fully remote, with occasional travel to national client offices.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to strengthen our Product Management team. This professional will play a key role in our organization, serving as an essential link between our clients and the technical team, ensuring the success of the implemented solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

- Client Portfolio Management: Maintain and develop relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet expectations.

- Project Plans Creation and Management: Define and manage the project plan, from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines and deliveries according to client specifications.

- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in projects, ensuring flawless execution within agreed parameters.

- Client Priorities Management: Work directly with clients to understand their priorities and allocate resources efficiently, maintaining fluid communication and constant alignment.

- Scheduling and Conducting Grooming Meetings: Organize and lead grooming meetings with the ImproveByTech technical team, ensuring that all requirements are understood, estimated, and prioritized appropriately.

- Solution/Architecture Design: Lead the design of solutions and technical architecture for projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with client needs.

- Deliverables Monitoring: Monitor project execution with the technical team, ensuring that deliverables are made on time, with the quality and functionalities expected by clients.

Essential Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce: In-depth knowledge and experience with the Salesforce platform, including its architecture and functionalities.

- Technical Autonomy in Solution Design: Ability to independently design solutions, considering client needs and best technical practices.

- Experience working with agile methodologies in cross-functional teams: Experience in agile environments, working in collaborative teams with various roles and areas of expertise.

Preferred Requirements:

- Fluency in English (spoken and written): The ability to communicate fluently in English will be an important differentiator for interacting with clients and international teams.

- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce certifications in areas such as Admin, Developer, or Architect are highly valued.
